Premier Purchasing Partners Signs New Coagulation Agreement with International Technidyne Corp.
CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--Sept. 6, 2006--Premier Purchasing Partners, LP, today announced a new agreement for point-of-care coagulation meters, reagents, consumables and service with International Technidyne Corp. of Edison, N.J.The 47-month agreement, effective October 1, is available to both the acute-care and continuum-of-care markets. The agreement varies from a standard 36-month term to more evenly distribute the expiration of Premier contracts.
Purchasing Partners is the largest unit of Premier, a healthcare alliance of more than 1,500 hospitals and more than 42,000 other healthcare sites that share resources to accelerate clinical and financial performance.
