Hospitals to Save on Blood Banking Products Through New Premier Inc. Agreement with J & J's Ortho Clinical Diagnostics
CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--Premier Purchasing Partners, LP, today announced a new agreement for blood bank analyzers, reagents, consumables and service with Ortho Clinical Diagnostics of Raritan, N.J., a Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. company.The 36-month agreement, effective November 1, 2006, is available to both acute-care and continuum-of-care members of the Premier alliance. The agreement includes automated analyzers and consumables as well as a full line of traditional blood bank reagents.
