Wyeth Announces Election of New Principal Corporate Officer
MADISON, N.J., Nov. 15 (HSMN NewsFeed) -- Wyeth (NYSE: WYE ) today announced that its Board of Directors has elected Andrew F. Davidson as a Principal Corporate Officer effective immediately. Mr. Davidson will continue in his role as Vice President, Internal Audit. He has held several key corporate and divisional financial positions since joining the Company in 1984. These include serving as Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Wyeth Consumer Healthcare and Deputy Treasurer, Wyeth.Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Davidson worked for the public accounting firm of Deloitte, Haskins & Sells. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.B.A. in accounting from Pace University and an M.B.A. in financial management from Iona College.
