About Single Cell Network Profiling
Single Cell Network Profiling (SCNP) iS.A.proprietary technology originally developed at S.A.ford University to characterize cell signaling networks in millions of cellS.A. the single cell level. SCNP, by measuring functional signaling networks within and between cells, provides unprecedented insights into diS.A.es that appear molecularly and phenotypically homogeneous with other technologies. ThiS.A.lows Nodality to improve drug development and use through activities that include identifying rare cell subsets, such as drug-resiS.A.t cells, revealing epigenetic changes in cells, and perceiving cell-cell interactions in complex diS.A.e S.A.es. SCNP therefore has broad application to preclinical drug development, clinical drug development, and diagnostic development.
About Nodality
Nodality iS.A.next-generation life sciences company that iS.A.vancing drug discovery, therapeutic development, and precision medicine by delivering critical and clinically actionable information to reveal biology, define diS.A.e, and improve health. Nodality's unique, innovative, and proprietary platform, Single Cell Network Profiling or SCNP, enables the promise of precision medicine by characterizing diS.A.e biology and optimizing of treatment for the diS.A.e. Nodality iS.A.plying SCNP to immunology diS.A.es including autoimmune diS.A.eS.A.d oncology including cancer immunotherapy. Nodality also is developing molecular diagnostics to improve clinical decision-making in cancer and autoimmune diS.A.es, with the lead products targeting treatment management in hematological malignancies. Nodality collaborates with Pharma partners for patient stratification, companion diagnostic development, drug and diS.A.e profiling, determination of mechanism of action, mechanism-based competitive differentiation, and biomarker discovery and development. These applications can result in increased probability of success, reduced time for clinical development, and competitive differentiation. Nodality has eS.A.lished multi-year strategic collaborations with UCB Pharma S.A.
